WELCOME TO THE JAYWALK DISTILLERY TOUR!
Come join us for a fun and informative tour at 573 Johnson Ave. Get a behind-the-scenes look at how our delicious Jaywalk Rye Whiskey is crafted. As we now are welcoming guests into our brand home, we’re excited to offer inspiring and engaging experiences, truly enhancing our production story and unique New York heritage. You’ll learn about the distilling process and the history of our distillery. Plus, enjoy some samples of our finest products!
Whether you’re a spirits enthusiast or just looking for a unique outing, this tour is perfect for everyone. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to explore the world of distilling with us.
Tour details:
- 60-minute tour and tasting
- Tours may be booked up to one month in advance
- Tours are limited to 20 guests
- Jaywalk Rye Tour – All guests will be able to taste all three expressions of our Jaywalk Rye Line – Plus a little something extra!
As a thank you for joining us, all guests will receive $10 off any single bottle whiskey and $5 off any single bottle of gin purchased after the tour.
From barrel to bottle
We’re fortunate to have a built up an inventory of mature whiskey from which we can choose barrels. Our distilling team tastes through mature barrels aging in rickhouses upstate, compare notes and decide if a barrel is destined for either a Single Barrel, a branded blend or if it would benefit from more time aging.
